We offer a 10 day return for store credit, or exchange privilege for regular priced items in their original un-worn condition, in original packaging and with all tags still attached.
Sale items are not exchangeable. All sales are final after 30 days.
Late returns will be assessed a 25% re-stocking fee. All exchanges must be received by us within 10 days after your order was delivered to you by UPS or USPS. Exchanges must be shipped to us using an insured carrier, with a tracking number. We are not liable for lost returns.
Orders shipped with free shipping promotions will have a standard shipping charges subtracted from the purchase, if the items are returned for a store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.
At our discretion, we may accept returns past 10 days period. In this case, a 25% re-socking fee will be charged. Also a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for any package that is returned to us, refused by the intended recipient.
Holiday returns or exchanges must be received by us no later than the date of the holiday. Late returns will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise.
If you initially purchase multiple sizes of the same item in order to check for size, to make a single selection, and then return the others, we must charge a 25% re-stocking fee on the returned item(s). If you are not sure about sizing, please feel free to call us or email us. We will measure the item(s) so you can make a better decision on what size to order.
