USA orders are shipped Monday---Friday via UPS Ground Service with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as it's available, and can be tracked by calling UPS toll free 1-800-457-4022 or via internet www.UPS.com . Orders shipped within the USA should be received within 1 to 6 business days, depending on the state the shipment is going to. All orders are shipped insured for the original retail amount of the goods not the sale amount. If an item is not available, you will be notified by email. To ship to more than one address, you have to place a separate order for each address. Saturday shipping and/or Saturday delivery is available for $15.00 Extra for USA orders, please call us at 312-587-0570 to get the Total price for your order. We reserve the right to refuse a sale due to a typo. UPS charges $10.00 fee if the address and/or zip code is not correct, so please make sure you enter correct shipping information in order to avoid the extra charges.
9.25% Ilinois Cook County Sales Tax will be charged for all orders delivered in the state of Ilinois. We do not charge Tax for orders delivered outside of Illinois.
International orders will be shipped via www.usps.com (US Postal Service). Minimum amount for International orders is $200.00. The shipping and handling amount will be emailed to you for your approval. You'll have a couple shipping options 1. Regular Air Mail (9-12 business days, no tracking number and no insurance) only if paid by Western Union, or 2. Express Shipping (3-6 business days with tracking number and with insurance) if paid by charge card. For International orders (outside of USA) we must disclose the items and prices you paid for them. Each country has different import rules and may charge you a VAT, Duty or other Customs fees. Milani Boutique in not liable and have no control over any of the extra fees or charges.
