We offer a 10 day return for store credit, or exchange privilege for not on sale items in their original un-worn condition, in original packaging and with all tags still attached.
You have up to 10 days for us to receive your return to receive store credit for merchandise that is not on sale. We reserve the right to refuse a sale due to a typo.
We highly recommend to please use a reliable shipping company like UPS, FedEx, or DHL, as they guarantee delivery dates and offer expedited shipping options. We discourage shipping returns back via USPS, which has been unreliable, as we can not be responsible for their shipping errors. All returns to us must be fullly insured and must have a delivery tracking number. We are not liable for lost return packages.
Sale items at 30% off or more are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final after 10 days.Unfortunately, due to our flexible position in the past we have been forced to institute a no exception on this policy. We reserve the right to not honor store credits for use on sale items.
Late returns will be assessed a 30% re-stocking fee. All exchanges must be received by us within 10 days after your order was delivered to you by UPS (for USA orders) or USPS (for International orders).
Orders shipped with free shipping promotions will have a standard shipping charges subtracted from the purchase, if the items are returned for a store credit. At our discretion, we may accept returns past 10 days period. In this case, a 30% re-stocking fee will be charged. Also a 30% re-stocking fee will be charged for any package that is returned to us, refused by the intended recipient.
Holiday returns or exchanges must be received by us no later than the date of the holiday. Late returns will incur a 30% re-stocking fee. Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise.
If you initially purchase multiple sizes of the same item in order to check for size, to make a single selection, and then return the others, we must charge a 30% re-stocking fee on the returned item(s).
